Coolpad announces Max and Max Lite phones with Dual Space feature

Recently, Coolpad has launched two new phones, the Max and Max Lite. The handset is said to come with the "World's first Dual Space feature" that allows users to have two different accounts in just one mobile device. You don't have to use a separate mobile device now because you can run two accounts of some of your favorite apps like Facebook, BBM, WhatsApp, or Line. Thus, any data, contacts, photos, videos, and applications stored on the smartphone can be well protected without worrying about data leakage. The Coolpad Max Smartphone will be available in two color options - Gold and Rose Gold colors.

Unveiled to the world last week, the Coolpad Max is coming to India on May 20. There's now no word on whether Coolpad plans on launching one or both variants in India.

Coolpad Max specifications, features: The smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) curved 2.5D display.

There are thin 1.4mm dual-antenna line (thinner than other smartphones, i.e. 2.0mm) on the chassis used on the smartphone. It comes in Two RAM and Storage options - 3GB of RAM with 16GB Storage and 4GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage.

Coolpad also presents a middle spec model that also has Dual Space and the fingerprint technology. Coolpad holds 13 patents in developing this Tri-dimensional Coupling Antenna technology.

The camera section includes a rear and front lens of 13MP and 5MP, respectively. Also it supports PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus) to be faster for focusing and Dual Tone LED makes skin color look more natural.

The Coolpad Max comes in Snapdragon 615 and 617 64-bit octa-core processor variants with Adreno 405 GPU. It incorporates the same Dual Space technology and fingerprint sensor.

In addition to the regular model, the Coolpad Max Lite was also introduced and sports numerous same features including the metal chassis, fingerprint scanner and 5.5-inch display although it's 720p on the Lite model. "This fits with the "Dual in One" motto of Coolpad Max".
