Apple's new technology to charge future iPhones over Wi-Fi

Apple itself has been investigating wireless charging methods for some time, with numerous other patents having been granted to the company over the years. KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, like many other sources, claims that Apple will release the iPhone 8 with a OLED display in 2017.

Another day, another iPhone 8 leak.

JPMorgan didn't specifically identify which wireless charging standard the new iPhone chips will support - Qi and PMA are the two main competitors in the space - though Broadcom sells chips that support both. The latest images show off the iPhone 8's mold with the new vertical dual-lens camera system lining up with his previous leaks. The rumors say that device will perhaps be called the iPhone Anniversary Edition to commemorate 10 years of iPhones. Just recently, a couple of prolific mobile leak hunters have provided the iPhone 8's alleged final schematics, and while the leaked design in itself leaves much to be desired, following renders and photo leaks appear to confirm the authenticity of the schematics.

Additionally, the news outlet has stated that it is not yet confirmed if the iPhone 8 schematic is genuine and it has been mentioned that this moment is a rumor cycle wherein it is really hard to distinguish whether the information is real or fake. "The iPhone 8 is expected to have many new features". This reaffirms older iPhone 8 rumors that the Touch ID sensor would be embedded in the handset's display. The premise behind the unorthodox configuration has so far beguiled even the most avid fans of the Cupertino-based tech giant.

For what it's worth, the video hints that the smartphone may have a vertically aligned dual rear camera setup. The reason for the delay is said to be shortage of supplies that Apple has custom-ordered for the new smartphone. However, Friday's leaked iPhone case image suggests the Touch ID will be located on the front of the device.

Speaking of iPhone 8's 2.5D glass frame, Twitter user KK Sneak Leaks who has posted several leaks which turns out to be true, posted another teaser - a purportedly back frame of iPhone 8. Considering the iPhone 8 is expected to cost over $1,000, the iPhone 7 is nearly certainly going to be the best deal you can get for a top-of-the-line iPhone experience.
