Oppo has released a new official teaser for the upcoming Oppo R9S, which reveals the smartphone's official announcement. According to the image, the company plans to announce the new smartphone next week, on September 12, but no other details were revealed.
Thanks to recent TENAA certification in China, some specifications were revealed. However, most of the specs still remain a mystery. Oppo R9S packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 625 SoC, a 13 MP/16 MP camera combo, and a 2,850 mAh battery. The company's latest Super VOOC charging tech is expected to be supported by the phone.
