The Nubia Z11 Mini announcement is just another kick in the teeth for those of you that are hoping on some news that Nubia was going to bring one of their newest handsets to the U.S. market, as this latest model will not be getting a USA release, and also the link that suggested the Z9 was coming to the United State has also been deleted. We expected the company to launch the Nubia Z11 at the CES held in early January this year, but the company announced the "Nubia.com" website for reaching selling Nubia branded devices in the western markets. Specs of the phone include a Snapdragon 617 64-bit octa-core processor (four cores at 1.5GHz and four at 1.2GHz) with Adreno 405 graphics. There is 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto GB via MicroSD card slot. The smartphone comes with an additional 8-megapixel camera on the front that features 1.4µm pixels and 80 degrees lens with f/2.4 aperture. Its f/2.0 lens ensures quality in every photo captured, and phase-detection aut ofocus reduces the potential for blur. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
The device is backed by a 2,800mAh non-removable battery with fast charging support. This phone, which has a 6-inch display, is geared toward providing a better video-viewing experience. The fingerprint scanner is also a part of this package, and it is located on the back of the phone.
The Z11 Mini is a mid-range handset offered in Black, Gold, and Silver color choices with optional rear covers. The phone measures 141.9 x 70.4 x 8mm, while it weighs 138 grams. The device is priced at 1499 Yuan and is available for the registration starting today for the first sale which will be held on April 25th.
After making the rounds at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission, and various benchmarks, the Nubia Z11 mini has finally been revealed in China.
