Samsung's global smartphone share expands in Q1

Samsung in a blog post says the Pink Gold colour variants of the Galaxy S7 handsets will debut in its home turf South Korea on Wednesday, and will soon be reaching other markets as well.

It's unclear whether the Pink Gold Galaxy S7 will see a release in the United Kingdom, which is bad news for those after a Pink Gold, not a Rose Gold, smartphone.

The aperture of this new lens module, as the rumor suggests, is going to be at f/1.4, and as stated on some reports, this is even wider compared to Samsung's current flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S7 that comes with f/1.7 aperture. The color is also meant to "soothe and incorporate a touch of gentleness, radiance and sophistication to the smartphones" design'.

The new color caused a pre-order buying frenzy in China when it was released by Apple.

According to industry sources on April. 18, Samsung Electronics Co., which was once one of the biggest player in the Chinese smartphone market, is carrying out a full-scale offensive to win back its market share after it fell to 5th past year.

Samsung's Galaxy C series is part of the Korean company's mid-range phones including the Galaxy A and J series.

The model eBay is selling is the 32 GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S7.

As for the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy S7 features a 5.1-inch QHD Super Amoled display, while the Galaxy S7 Edge packs a 5.5-inch QHD Super Amoled display.

The Galaxy J7 (2016) features a 5.5-inc full HD Super AMOLED display as well as a large 3,300 mAh battery. It also sent the message that it was the latest and greatest iPhone. Recently, two major competitors, Huawei and HTC, launched their own flagships that boast of "better camera qualities". On the Samsung Galaxy S7, users can swipe down twice to access their settings menu.
