The latest from Intex is the Intex Aqua Glam which comes out with an 8MP camera, and is priced in at just Rs. 7690.
This phone has specifically been made keeping the female audiences in mind.
It comes in a pink and a Champaign colored variant, and has Swarovski crystals on the side panels.
It comes with some women-specific apps pre-loaded.
The Intex Aqua Glam runs Android 5.1.1. Lollipop, and features a 4.7-inch HD (720×1280 pixel) display.
It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC, coupled with 1GB of RAM. Apart from an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, it features an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash. Camera features include panorama, face beauty mode, live photo mode, gesture capture, smile shot, HDR, face detection, Voice capture, and anti-shake for the front camera.
The Aqua Glam comes with 8GB of built-in storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It is powered by an 1850mAh battery.
Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It weighs in at 116.2 grams, and measures 139.3x69x7.4mm.
The smartphone also supports MediaTek'sHotKnot connectivity, similar to NFC in terms of application, apart from the Smart Wake feature.
Intex has preloaded Preksha Meditation, MakeUp App, Sanjeev Kapoor's Recipes, and Sashakt women's safety apps.
Other preloaded apps include Askme, Quikr, Newshunt, Clean Master, Myntra, InMobi, Intex Service, and Opera Mini.
